Matters needing attention in engine assembly?
1. Before assembling, all parts, assemblies, lubricating oil circuit, tools, workbench, etc. should be thoroughly cleaned and dried with compressed air.
2. Before assembling, check all bolts and nuts. If they do not meet the requirements, they should be replaced; cylinder gaskets, gaskets, split pins, lock plates, locking wires, washers, etc. should all be replaced during overhaul.
3. Non-interchangeable parts, such as the piston and connecting rod group of each cylinder, bearing caps, valves, etc., should be assembled according to the corresponding position and direction, and should not be installed incorrectly.
4. The fit of various fittings should meet technical requirements, such as cylinder piston clearance, bearing bush journal clearance, crankshaft axial clearance, valve clearance, etc.
5. The timing relationship between the relevant components is correct, and the work is coordinated, such as the gas distribution phase, the fuel supply advance angle, and the ignition timing.
6. Important bolts and nuts on the engine, such as cylinder head nuts, connecting rod bolts, flywheel bolts, etc., must be tightened in sequence according to the specified torque, and locked if necessary.
7. The mating surfaces of each relative movement should be coated with clean lubricating oil when assembling.
8. Ensure the tightness of each sealing part, without oil leakage, water leakage, and air leakage.
9. Use special equipment to assemble as much as possible, and tighten the bolts according to the specified tightening torque, tightening method and sequence.
10. The assembly gap must meet the technical conditions, but should be adjusted appropriately according to the specific situation. For example, if you choose to buy pistons from several manufacturers, you should summarize and adjust the value of the cylinder clearance suitable for the pistons of each manufacturer according to the product quality rules. For deformed parts, adjusting the fit clearance to the lower limit of the tolerance, and adjusting to the upper limit without deformation, etc., practice has proved that it is a very meaningful measure.
11. All joints and wire posts of the electric control system should be clean and reliable in contact. The "O" seal ring in the fuel system must be replaced, and no silicone sealant should be used.
